Our Client is the trade operation arm of a growing and dynamic company that deals in oil and gas exploration, production, and trading.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Manage Physical Commodity Logistics: Liaise with terminals, refineries, and partners to arrange cargo transportation and negotiate terms like loading/delivery quantities and dates.
• Oversee Contractual Agreements: Draft, provide, and negotiate sale and purchase agreements for physical commodities.
• Mitigate Risks and Claims: Analyze operational risks throughout the transportation process and manage potential company exposure.
• Coordinate Shipping Operations: Collaborate with internal and external parties (suppliers, customers, brokers, port agents, surveyors) to ensure smooth cargo loading, discharging, and loss control.
• Maintain Communication and Documentation: Manage email communication, maintain documents for vessel clearance, and create/negotiate claims related to maritime transportation.
• Support Market Intelligence: Compile and analyze market data and port information to support traders' decision-making.
• Build Relationships: Foster positive relationships with all counterparties involved in the transportation process.

ประสบการณ์

• Proven experience in trade operations or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
