The company is engaged in 3 businesses in Thailand.
FA Proposal (Factory Automation):
We provide proposals for factory automation (FA), including the sale of transfer and conveying equipment. Our goal is to enhance productivity and efficiency in factories.
Operational Management System Proposal:
We propose operational management systems for production lines and facilities. Real-time monitoring of equipment status supports productivity improvement.
Energy-saving Equipment, Various Facilities, and Machinery Sales:
We sell energy-saving equipment, various facilities, and machinery. Our offerings include power equipment, chemical plants, machining and processing machinery, and environmental facilities.
รายละเอียดงาน
· Working together with the Sales team (Thai-Japanese) to improve their productivity by contacting customers/suppliers
· Acknowledges customers/supplier by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
· Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
· Handling sales paperwork’s such as Quotation, Purchase Order and Sales Report
· Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
· Handle for import-export documents and, the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
· Interpret (Thai-Japanese) during meeting for both in office and on site
· Any task as assigned
ประสบการณ์
・Japanese: Business Level (N3-N1)
・English: communication level for internal use such as email
・Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
・Excellent communication, sales, and customer service
・Computer skills (MS Office)
・Ability to multitask, work in a highly fast-paced and pressured business environment and be deadline
