รายละเอียดงาน
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electrical and instrumentation sector, including but not limited to power plants, substations, renewable energy projects, industrial facilities, and infrastructure developments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and project requirements.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, bids, and tender documents in response to client inquiries.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline status, and project progress to senior management.
ประสบการณ์
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the EPC construction industry, with a focus on electrical and instrumentation projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, automation, and control systems.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, winning contracts, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in industry events.
