Our Client is a leading operator of a coal-fired power plant in Thailand.

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and secure the best value for materials and services.
Lead the negotiation process to secure the most favorable commercial terms for the company.
Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from supplier selection and contract development to performance monitoring and relationship management.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procurement processes and enhance efficiency.
Spearhead import customs clearance for materials and machinery, ensuring optimal utilization of BOI privileges and adherence to regulations.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive cost-saving initiatives and achieve business objectives.

8+ years of experience in procurement, ideally within the energy or manufacturing sector.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sourcing strategies.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
In-depth knowledge of contract development, construction bidding (a plus!), and procurement best practices.
Experience managing import processes and leveraging BOI benefits (a plus!).
Proficiency in procurement software and a knack for data analysis.
The ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and lead with influence.
