The Vendor Management is responsible for supporting the management of relationships with outsourced collection agencies (OAs) and Asset Management Companies (AMCs), as well as assisting in the coordination of debt portfolio sales.

Outsourced Collection Agency and Asset Management Companies Relationship Management

  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing OAs and AMCs.
  • Source and onboard new OAs and AMCs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for OAs and AMCs, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Review and suggest improvements to legal documents related to OAs and AMCs.

Debt Portfolio Sales Coordination

  • Support the end-to-end process of debt portfolio sales, including:
    • Contacting and sourcing Asset Management Companies.
    • Assisting in the preparation of sale schedules and related documents.
    • Coordinating with the legal team to ensure compliance with Terms of Reference (TOR)
    • Reviewing and providing feedback on legal documents, such as Terms of Reference (TOR) and sale agreements.
    • Communicating with AMCs regarding portfolio sales.
  • Assist in the coordination of debt selling activities with related parties both including internal departments and external stakeholders.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with OAs and AMCs.
  • Assist in preparing reports on OA and AMC performance and debt portfolio sales.
  • Support the maintenance of vendor management documentation.
ประสบการณ์
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in vendor management, collections, or related roles
  • Familiarity with legal documents and contracts related to debt collection and portfolio sales.
  • Familiarity with debt collection practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
