- Coordinate and work closely with the company's IT department and service strategy management staff (SA Team)
- Gather data from IT and service teams to summarize data and show results in Dash Bord format.
- Participate in the invention, propose ideas, or create digital tools that can support work more efficiently.
- Oversee an overview of all Corporate Planning Dash Bord data.
- Prepare presentations and weekly presentations to the executives for acknowledgement.
ประสบการณ์
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics.
- Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data mining techniques.
- Good teamwork skills
การศึกษา
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Business Administration Computer Science, Information Technology, IT, Software Engineer or related fields
