Our client is a well-known company in luxury watch, they are on the look for a retail operation executive whose role is to act as a key enabler for retail operations, supporting brand building for exclusive brands in collaboration with the Marketing team and other departments. Responsibilities include overseeing retail operations, meeting business targets, and providing coordination support across sales and marketing administration.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing individual boutiques and supervising retail staff to ensure adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with boutique managers for daily store operations, maintaining pristine store conditions, and enforcing retail floor regulations.
• Oversee retail administration tasks such as rosters and purchase orders, ensuring staff have necessary tools and resources.
• Implement and manage clienteling programs including customer engagement and CRM.
• Work with L&D to identify and address training needs for sales staff development.
• Coach and support Sales Associates, providing feedback and corrective actions.
• Foster team building and motivate sales managers to meet performance targets.
• Participate in daily briefings to update staff on new products and industry news.
• Monitor team performance and communicate customer feedback to marketing and brand teams.
• Assist in overseeing store renovations and perform other assigned duties.

ประสบการณ์

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or other related field 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a sales and marketing role within the consumer industry
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills and the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
• Proven project management skills
• Data analytics skills an advantage 
• Highly motivated and results driven with proven sales track record.
• Keen eye for fashion and lifestyle trends with the ability to engage effectively across all levels.
• Fluent in English is a must.
