รายละเอียดงาน
  • Oversee and organize the CEO's appointments and meetings, ensuring they align with their daily routines and responsibilities.
  • Work closely with the CEO, assisting with various tasks and assignments as required.
  • Act as the primary contact on behalf of the CEO, managing interactions with stakeholders and partners.
  • Take minutes during meetings and monitor project progress, addressing any issues promptly to avoid delays.
  • Create confidential and urgent documents, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Manage concerns and tasks based on their priority and confidentiality, maintaining a high level of discretion.
  • Assist with various personal tasks as needed, based on specific situations and requirements.
ประสบการณ์
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in similar administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Thai and English.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and effective team collaboration.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and strong decision-making abilities.
  • Capable of working efficiently under high-pressure situations.
