The company is a global leader in elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and maintenance. They are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee a team of Project Engineers responsible for installing new elevators, travellators, and escalators

รายละเอียดงาน

• Oversee the Project Engineers team responsible for installing new elevators, travellators, and escalators.
• Efficiently manage manpower, tooling, and budget allocation.
• Ensure timely payment collection, budget management, and margin optimization for new installation contracts. Monitor closely for final defect corrections.
• Collaborate closely with the Quality team to maintain product quality by promoting adherence to QA/QC processes.
• Emphasize safety by enforcing the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Coach the team on technical and safety matters.
• Drive business strategy, ethics, compliance, and enterprise risk management (ERM) alongside top management.
• Attend clients’ events, build rapport with clients, vendors, and main contractors, and accompany the Sales team in product presentations.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electrical engineering or related fields.
• Over 8 years of work experience in similar industries or related fields.
• 5 years of experience as a team manager for project/site engineers.
• Thai Native Speaking, have proficient in English (verbal, listening, and reading).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities with the capacity to influence business decisions.
• A leader who enjoys working in dynamic business environments.
