-Analyze current state of organizational/HR management in client organization
-Identify issue to address for achieving client's business purpose and goals
-Design solutions and provide implementation support
-Manage project team and clients to ensure provision of quality deliverables
ประสบการณ์
-Strong sense of responsibility and commitment for delivering quality output as a professional under time pressure
-Over 5 years business experience (Working experience with external consultant)
-Job experience that requires critical thinking and analysis
-Business level Japanese language capability (JLPT N2.N1 Holder)
