• Proven success in negotiating and drafting complex contracts and agreements.

• Extensive knowledge of intellectual property law and experience in registering and safeguarding IP rights.

• Experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies to minimize legal risks.

• Experience managing joint venture projects, including the legal aspects of cross-border collaborations.

• Strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations, with hands-on experience in PDPA compliance.

• Ability to effectively liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working with cross-functional teams.
