- Analyze organizations to design processes and systems, evaluate business models, and integrate technology. Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define future business solutions. Conduct research, gather data, and synthesize information.
- Partner with clients to develop high-performance industry, functional, and digital solutions that enhance their competitive position.
- Evaluate business processes, models, and organizational structures to identify improvement areas. Propose business and technology solutions to boost performance.
- Define customer journeys and operational processes to support the full life cycle of banking-related activities.
- Assist the product owner in creating and maintaining a well-organized product backlog.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to identify, monitor, and resolve functional dependencies.
