รายละเอียดงาน

• 落实生产计划，达成交期、效率、品质要求。
• 制订制程能力提升计划并负责推动达成目标。
• 检讨品质问题并谋求解决。
• 提高生产效率，提升品质，降低成本。
• 落实工厂及部门工作计划，达成绩效目标。
• 配合专案教育训练计划及部门工作计划安排。
• 维护环境秩序，落实安全生产。
• 各部门沟通协调。
• 部门内事务的协调，相关文件报表的审核。
• 完成上级交办的事项。

• Implement the production plan to meet the delivery date, efficiency, and quality requirements.
• Formulate the process capability improvement plan and be responsible for promoting the achievement of the goal.
• Review quality problems and seek solutions.
• Improve production efficiency, improve quality and reduce costs.
• Implement factory and departmental work plans to achieve performance goals.
• Cooperate with the special education and training plan and departmental work plan.
• Maintain environmental order and implement safe production.
• Communication and coordination among various departments.
• Coordination of affairs within the department, review of related documents and reports.
• Complete the tasks assigned by superiors.

ประสบการณ์

• 熟悉制造流程。
• 拥有3年以上制造相关工作经验。
• 必须能说中文和泰语。
• 具备管理技能和团队建设能力。
• 机械工程相关专业。
• 熟悉SPC、SFCS、SAP。

• Familiar with Manufacturing process.
• More than 3 years MFG working experience.
• Must be able to speak Chinese-Thai.
• Management skill and team building ability.
• Major in Mechanical Engineering Related.
• Familiar with SPC, SFCS, SAP.
