Job description: Legal Counsel

• Support legal and compliance matters and provide legal solutions, business and corporate divisions
• Coordinate corporate secretarial works (shareholder meeting and board of directors)
• Review and update company internal regulations
• Update law and regulations
• Hold internal legal and compliance seminar
• Enhancement of legal knowledge of staff, representative office and group companies via seminars, newsletters, or any other means. Provide proper instruction to team members and lead the members in Legal Division.
• This position is required to involve other corporate divisions properly to provide practical solutions to business divisions and management.
• Manage corporate secretarial works such as Shareholder's meetings and Board of Director's meeting and the relevant company registration.

ประสบการณ์

• Male/Female, Thai native speaker, 25-35 years old
• Bachelors Degree or relevant Level in Law.
• English Proficiency for Business (TOEIC Score 800 or above is preferable)
• Experience at least 5 years in-house legal counsel or an attorney in law firm
• Able to manage legal and compliance matters as an in-house lawyer.
• Outgoing character as a team member, proactive proposing, responsible, integrity mindset.

การศึกษา

Bachelor's degree in Law.
