Job Description:

As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing facility in Chonburi, Thailand. You will ensure operational excellence, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Lead and manage daily operations to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance productivity.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement among the team.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation effectively.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team, promoting career growth and employee engagement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain.

ประสบการณ์

• Proven experience as a Plant Manager or similar role in automotive parts manufacturing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
