Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of organizational changes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead communication efforts related to changes, including developing communication plans and providing training to stakeholders, fostering understanding and buy-in.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, addressing concerns, obtaining feedback, and ensuring a smooth transition during periods of change.
- Lead the change impact analysis in accordance to design of for SAP S/4 HANA and its relevant systems in the scope of work
ประสบการณ์
Requirement:
- Minimum four (4) years of ERP experience as a Change Management Lead, with experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Minimum five (5) years with experience as a Change Management Lead for full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
- Minimum three (3) successful SAP full cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation as a Change Management Lead, each implementation project with a value of more than one hundred (100) million Baht or a number of users more than five hundred (500) users;
- Upstream industry experience is preferable
