Our client is the real estate professionals with both local and oversea market. They built on a three-fold model between developer, consultancy, and investment partner. They are now looking for a "Senior Legal Officer" to support the operation of Legal & Compliance Department.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Offer expert legal counsel on real estate investment activities, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects.

• Draft, review, and negotiate business agreements and legal documents in Thai and English.

• Create and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of contracts and legal documents for real estate transactions and company affiliates.

• Identify and evaluate legal risks and develop proactive risk management strategies.

• Perform due diligence investigations for real estate transactions and business ventures.

• Lead and resolve legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams, external legal counsel, and stakeholders to support real estate investment initiatives.

• Manage knowledge-sharing initiatives and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the real estate sector.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.

• at least 7 years of experience in legal and compliance management.

• Preferable experience in real estate development and strong knowledge of real estate law.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and management skills.

• Excellent planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail for site inspections and managing contracts.

• Self-motivated, capable of working independently, making decisions under pressure, and managing productivity.
