The Institute of Chinese Language and Culture operates independently under a leading university. It is governed by a policy board comprising founding entities, the university and a well known foundation. The institute's mission is to "enhance Chinese language communication skills for Thais to create business opportunities, learning opportunities, and life advancement.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Lead the Institute of Chinese Language and Culture to be recognized for enhancing learners' ability to use Chinese to create personal, business, and organizational opportunities.
• Develop strategies, operational plans, and key performance indicators; oversee operations and continuously monitor and evaluate success to ensure alignment with the institute's vision, objectives, and mission.
• Build a high-quality team by recruiting personnel with expertise in Chinese language education and establishing a system for quality development and assurance for effective teaching and organizational strength.
• Innovate and develop new curricula and teaching methods for Chinese language education in collaboration with experts.
• Manage the institute's project budget and expenses efficiently.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

ประสบการณ์

• Fluent in Chinese or native-level proficiency in Chinese
• Must hold a master's degree in any field.
• Must have at least 5 years of senior management experience involving Chinese communication and/or experience with Chinese companies or organizations.
• Experience in Chinese language education is advantageous.
• Must have a thorough understanding of Chinese language and culture and be committed to promoting Chinese language learning among Thais.
• Must be a positive thinker and committed to continuous learning.
