รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage all technical aspects including the distribution or projects
- Provide products demo, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance for customers
- Responsible for project management and project delivery
- Guide customer installation and configuration
- Create, manage, and contribute to technical support guides and supporting troubleshooting documentation
- Provide product and solution training for customers and users
- Resolves user problems with CCTV Systems, Entrance & Exit, Access Control etc. Division Products and Software.
ประสบการณ์
- Bachelor or above degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems is preferred.
- Fluent in English
- At least 2 -year- experiences in technical support, familiar with security products
- Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, customer service skills and awareness.
