About the Role

As the Supply Chain Planner, you'll play a vital role in optimizing our inventory levels and ensuring a seamless supply chain. You'll be responsible for forecasting demand, planning purchases, and managing stock levels for assigned product groups. Additionally, you'll be responsible for analyzing inventory data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Develop accurate and reliable demand forecasts for assigned product groups, considering historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
• Analyze inventory data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to develop purchasing plans that balance demand forecasts with supplier lead times and budget constraints.
• Manage stock levels by coordinating with the warehouse team on stock movements and ensuring accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
• Monitor supplier performance, identify potential supply chain disruptions, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
• Analyze stock movement patterns and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, demand forecasts, and purchasing plans.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment with business objectives.

ประสบการณ์

• Proven experience in a Demand Planning or Supply Chain Planning role, with some focus on inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and solve inventory-related issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with ERP systems.
• Experience with demand planning software is a plus.
• A strong understanding of inventory management principles (ABC analysis, safety stock calculations, etc.) is preferred.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Fluency in Thai and English.
