• Track and manage project portfolio status to align with strategic goals.
• Define and optimize business operation workflows and implement process improvements.
• Manage project tasks, including developing business continuity plans and operational procedures.
• Analyze and monitor operational planning reports to support decision-making.
• Develop documentation for stakeholder alignment and regulatory compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the head of operation planning.

ประสบการณ์

• 5+ years of experience in banking operations and project management.
• Strong background in business transformation or process improvement within banking.
• Knowledge of mainstream banking products and business continuity management.
• Analytical, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent English and Thai communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

การศึกษา

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
