  • Coordinate and implement compliance promotion initiatives within the company, assisting the Compliance Manager.
  • Act as the point of contact for employees seeking advice on compliance issues.
  • Perform compliance audits on company activities, such as procurement, donations, and promotional efforts.
  • Partner with the Compliance Manager to create compliance training materials and serve as the trainer/speaker for these sessions.
  • Aid in the creation and updating of company codes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and policies related to compliance.
  • Assist in monitoring promotional expenses periodically using data from the expense module.
  • Participate in Compliance Committee meetings as a member.
  • Define the company's annual compliance goals, devise strategies to prevent violations, plan employee compliance training, respond to actual violations, and enhance the company's compliance framework.
  • Investigate potential compliance violations.
  • Seek advice from legal experts or external law firms on various compliance matters when necessary.
  • Provide support for various tasks requested by the Legal Department.
ประสบการณ์
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in compliance and/or audit roles.
  • Familiarity with laws related to compliance, such as Anti-bribery and Corruption regulations in Thailand.
  • Preferred Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of PReMA.
  • Willingness to address and report non-compliance issues.
  • Good command of English
  • Computer skills for monitoring promotional expenses and creating compliance training materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Creative in proposing compliant solutions for business activities.
