Leading in IT System for manufacturing, logistic and supply chain

Guide the pre-sales phase of ERP implementation projects, providing expert consultation and support to potential clients.
Conduct thorough analysis to identify gaps between business requirements and system capabilities, ensuring optimal alignment.
Create basic design specifications and provide clear instructions to developers for system customization and enhancements.
Oversee testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and provide tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of the ERP system.

• A minimum of 4 years' experience as an ERP consultant in a similar industry.

• Specialization in at least one business area of supply chain management.

• Extensive knowledge of business processes.

• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.

• Strong in problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Excellent time management.

• Good command in English both written and spoken.

• Having MS Dynamics 365 ERP certification will be advantageous.
