• Develop marketing plans to support sales, including defining advertising and online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.
• Analyze market data to understand customer needs and assist in developing appropriate marketing strategies.
• Manage and oversee advertising projects, including creating advertising materials and websites.
• Manage and support marketing-related activities such as seminars, exhibitions, or events related to project promotion.
• Collect and manage customer data to facilitate effective marketing campaigns.
• Report on marketing performance and the effectiveness of marketing activities, and provide recommendations to improve future marketing strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience over 4 years in marketing manager in the real estate industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in both English and Thai languages is preferred.
