รายละเอียดงาน
- Responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to extrusion production processes, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Lead and supervise a team of extrusion machine operators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Ensure product quality through regular inspections and process monitoring, implementing corrective actions when necessary to meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with production planning teams to develop schedules, allocate resources, and optimize workflow to meet production targets and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
ประสบการณ์
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Extrusion and/or Plastic Lamination knowhow
- Shopfloor management skill
- Good command of English (Toeic score will be advantage)
- Able to do shift work
