รายละเอียดงาน

• Assist the MLRO with routine tasks such as customer onboarding, periodic reviews, screening alert assessments, and identification of suspicious transactions.
• Conduct investigations into suspicious cases and prepare reports on suspicious transactions for relevant intelligence units, regulators, or law enforcement agencies.
• Evaluate AML/CTF policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Establish and oversee the compliance monitoring program, managing internal and external disclosures as per regulatory requirements.
• Implement effective monitoring and testing protocols to ensure compliance and data accuracy, including transaction monitoring and regulatory reporting.
• Provide general support to the AML team and handle additional assignments as needed.

ประสบการณ์

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in AML, particularly within payments services, e-wallets, virtual banks, or consulting firms.
• Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering practices.
• Thorough knowledge of Thailand’s AML/CFT laws, regulations, and reporting obligations.
• Certification in AML and sanctions compliance.
• Proficiency in both English and Thai languages is essential, with both languages being primary for work communication.
• Strong integrity and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
