• Assist the supervisor in leading and supervising operators to meet production targets as planned.
• Operate, set up, and maintain production machinery according to instructions and schedules.
• Ensure the quality and output of assigned production machinery meets standards.
• Adhere to safety and engineering practices, ensuring compliance with instructions and procedures.
• Assist in the setup, adjustment, and repair of auxiliary production equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring good housekeeping practices.
• Assemble and inspect products and related accessories, and sort and rework rejected products.
• Understand the Bill of Materials (BOM) structure to support production processes.
• Ensure that working equipment and tools are well-maintained and in optimal condition.

• Experience in production kitting and assembly.

• Experienced in packing and palletization processes.
