• Develop and implement recovery work plans to address and resolve schedule delays, ensuring minimal disruption to production timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cycle time utilization and streamline workflows, focusing on increasing efficiency and reducing bottlenecks.
• Conduct comprehensive capacity studies to identify and address productivity gaps, implementing strategies to optimize production capabilities and output.
• Implement and oversee internal quality countermeasures, promptly addressing any abnormalities to maintain high standards of production quality.
• Monitor and maintain critical process controls and capabilities to ensure consistent and reliable production performance, addressing any issues as they arise.

ประสบการณ์

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in production or a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of production processes and workforce management.
• Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain logistics, and inventory management.
• Effective team management and performance oversight.
• Skilled in developing recovery plans and improving processes.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written skills.
• Ability to analyze data, conduct capacity studies, and enhance productivity.
• Experience in quality control and addressing production issues.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with production management software and tools.

การศึกษา

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
