The Golf Operations Manager will oversee all facets of the business, including daily operations, facility maintenance, food and beverage services, retail experiences, and overall business performance. The aim is to maintain high standards and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires managing the golf driving range operations, food and beverage services, team leadership, and daily operational tasks.


  • Ensure a positive daily experience for all members, their guests, and general visitors.
  • Plan, delegate, and supervise the work of subordinates involved in business operations.
  • Train staff to handle guest issues, member concerns, and golf course problems according to company policies and procedures, including pro shop staff, booking staff, and caddies.
  • Manage play on both golf courses, assign caddies to groups, prepare golf carts for use, assist in organizing tournaments, collect appropriate fees, maintain detailed play records, and enforce club rules.
  • Maintain accurate retail inventory and ensure timely ordering of retail and golf merchandise.
  • Oversee pro shop operations, including purchasing, inventory management, discounting, and promotions.
  • Develop the golf operations budget, considering past performance and forecasts to achieve all financial goals in line with company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Foster close working relationships with other department heads to ensure smooth and efficient inter-departmental operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.


ประสบการณ์
  • Minimum work experience 10 years related to hospitality, F&B or retail experience   
  • Proficient in both English and Thai (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong experience in strategic planning and leadership.
  • Excellent customer service skills, friendly demeanor, and good personality.
  • Experienced in managing large teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.


การศึกษา
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in golf course management.
