Responsibilities

• Interacting with golfers in a welcoming and helpful way.
• Communicating course conditions and local regulations to players.
• Overseeing the smooth progression of play on the course.
• Monitoring group turn times and location on the course to spot slow play.
• Keeping up to date on the tee sheet and ensuring the pace of play is maintained.
• Tracking the player’s progress and managing the speed of play.
• Collaborating with the Pro Shop to maintain an accurate tee sheet, monitor the pace of play, and address any potential issues.
• Performing additional tasks as needed to enhance guest services.
