- Oversee daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, financial plans, and control expenditure.
- Coordinate and supervise staff activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and overall hotel maintenance.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the hotel's performance and make improvements as necessary.

- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role within a 4-5 star hotel.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
