Currently seeking Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our hotel’s owner. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and initiative.
รายละเอียดงาน
- Assist Owner with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring clear and professional correspondence.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain important documents, presentations, and reports for executive review.
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement effective solutions.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
ประสบการณ์
- 1-2 years of experience in an executive assistant or secretarial role,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
