We're partnering with a leading importer and distributor of high-quality laboratory chemicals and lab supplies. The company has over 30 years of expertise in these areas, having carefully selected high-purity chemicals and quality products from globally recognized brands.

Currently, they’re looking for a Finance Accounting Manager to oversee and ensure the accuracy of operational accounting tasks. This role also involves participating in ERP transformation projects to drive business growth and lead the adoption of more effective operational practices.

• Monitor, analyze, and manage financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support business decision-making and resource allocation.
• Identify areas for cost reduction, process improvement, and revenue enhancement, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and provide necessary support during the audit process.
• Stay updated on changes in Thai tax regulations and assess their impact on the company's operations and financial reporting.
• Lead the project of selecting and implementing a new ERP software system for the company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements, conduct vendor evaluations, and manage the implementation process.
• Streamline and automate finance and accounting workflows within the ERP system to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide guidance and training to staff members on the effective use of the new ERP system.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPD and CPA licenses' preferred.
• Min 4 years exp. in managerial accounting roles, with a focus on operation accounting and process improvement.
• Previous experience leading ERP implementation projects is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of B2B trading businesses and experience in establishing accounting workflows to support such operations.
• Administrative punctuality and able to manage confidential information.
• Good communicative skills with all departments within the company regarding financial issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
