Our client is a well-known food and beverage manufacturing and trading company

Responsible for creating and updating accurate demand projections for both domestic and export markets.
Conduct a historical data analysis to provide insight into future forecasts.
Work together with the sales and marketing team to compile qualitative and quantitative forecasts
Accountable for designing and managing supply plans that meet projected demand and maintain optimal stock levels.
Work with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely production and delivery of products.
Observe weekly sales progress together with inventory levels, and make plans to reduce obsolete or excess stock.

Experienced in Demand or Supply Planning in FMCG or similar industry
Strong understanding of the wider business, industry, and market dynamics and be able to apply this knowledge into strategy / tactics development and spot potential opportunities/risks
Skilled in the use of statistical techniques and tools
Hands on can get into details and able to work independently
Comfortable with complex numbers and understands financial analysis
