รายละเอียดงาน

• Supervise the production in order to match quantity, quality, and delivery dates for ordered sleeves. Train the staff to achieve high efficiency, low waste rate, good quality, and punctual delivery of the product, as well as good general discipline.
• Supervise and coordinate the shift to produce sleeves to agree on output levels with maximum conformance to agreed order-to-delivery time cycles.
• Continuously improve efficiency, waste levels, and productivity.
• Coach and train the staff to achieve maximum potential, capability, and job flexibility with good discipline.
• Cooperate and participate in the development of existing and new products and processes.
• Liaise and cooperate with the Maintenance Department to ensure that the machines are systematically maintained to maximum operational efficiency.
• Keep machines and equipment up to given standards.
• Handle additional tasks in cooperation with the Production Manager.
• Follow safety, environmental, dress-code, HACCP, GMP, ISO, and company rules and regulations.

ประสบการณ์

• Experienced in Shop floor management
• Able to Sheif rotation

การศึกษา

• Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in the field of Engineering related to the field of Manufacturing, industry, mechanical, mechatronics, electrical or related field.
