รายละเอียดงาน

• Manage the repair and maintenance of all company buildings or any assigned tasks to ensure they are in a usable condition, including inspecting all areas to maintain order. Oversee and manage the relocation of company furniture and office equipment.
• Oversee the handling of emergencies and maintenance, and plan maintenance activities. Inspect, analyze, and supervise systems used to control buildings, safety equipment, facilities, and communication systems within the office areas in accordance with the work plan.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans for systems such as BAS/BMS System, Fire Alarm, RMS System (Digital meter), CCTV System, MATV System, Public Address System, Security & Access Control System, UPS System, Lighting Control/Dimmer System, Telephone System, Lift & Mobile Lift, Escalator, and Travelator.
• Prepare expense reports for equipment and tools and manage costs to remain within the specified budget.
• Create checklists and maintenance manuals according to preventive maintenance plans to ensure appropriateness, correctness, and safety. Prepare reports in presentation format for supervisors.
• Manage the relocation of company furniture and office equipment or any assigned tasks to be completed within the specified time frame.
• Oversee the dismantling and assembly of company furniture and office equipment to ensure they are ready for use.
• Develop relocation plans and prepare reports in presentation format for supervisors.

ประสบการณ์

• Knowledge of the operation of electrical systems, including BAS/BMS System, Fire Alarm, RMS System (Digital meter), CCTV System, MATV System, Public Address System, and Security & Access Control.
• A proactive attitude towards learning to work professionally, good communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

การศึกษา

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Resource Management, or a related field.
