รายละเอียดงาน

Direct and oversee all stages of developing and implementing Software ERP Microsoft Dynamic FO and other business applications within the organization. Ensure that these applications are efficient, meet user requirements, and are delivered on time. Provide guidance and support to the development team to resolve any issues that arise during the development process.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team through planning, design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Provide strategic direction and advice to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure software/applications are ready and continuously available.
• Approve documents prepared by System Analysts to ensure mutual understanding between developers and users.
• Implement proper source code version control and data backup strategies.
• Collaborate with the System & Security team to integrate security measures in every development stage.
• Work with the Business Application team to enhance core business operations.
• Plan and manage the budget for application development projects.
• Supervise and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Develop training plans to improve team performance.
• Regularly report project progress to senior management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in application development management.
• Experience in developing applications related to ERP Microsoft Dynamic FO.
• Experience with systems like K2 (Purchasing, IT Help Desk).
• Knowledge of database design and data/interface systems technology.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and business security awareness.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.
