- Administer HR programs, procedures, and documentation.
- Manage payroll processes and oversee compensation and benefits tasks.
- Provide timely HR support and collaborate to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Oversee recruitment and staffing processes, including new hire documentation, orientation, and departmental coordination.
- Support various HR functions, including training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Promote HR policies that foster positive employer-employee relationships and high morale.
- Organize and supervise administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
- Coordinate and support training programs to meet company requirements.
ประสบการณ์
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in payroll management and system-based payroll processes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
