รายละเอียดงาน

• Oversee and maintain the engineering and design processes for company products, including NPI (New Product Introduction) and engineering change notices (ECN) as well as process change notices (PCN).
• Design and manage jigs and fixtures to support production activities.
• Interpret technical drawings and create production processes aligned with those specifications.
• Develop technical documentation in line with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to address and resolve technical and quality-related issues.
• Analyze and specify electro-mechanical and electro-hydraulic systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Create manufacturing drawings that adhere to relevant industry standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors for component selection, manufacturing, and assembly processes.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and reports to support system development.
• Work closely with system engineers and other team members to implement procedures, resolve malfunctions, and provide technical insights.
• Evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance needs of designs or applications by analyzing customer proposals, specifications, and manuals.
• Ensure system components meet engineering design and performance specifications, making modifications where necessary.
• Fulfill additional technical requirements as directed by the manager or other departments

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Welding Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in engineering design management roles.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, including PPAP, FMEA, APQP, ISO 9000:2008, TS16949, and ISO 14001.
• Proficiency in production tool (Jig) design and cost engineering.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
