With a strong presence in the Thai market, they are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist who is committed to ensuring employee welfare and satisfaction, and who values punctuality in their work.

- Oversee payroll processes, including wage calculations, deductions, tax compliance, and payment issuance.
- Maintain and update personnel information in HR systems and ensure accurate time attendance for payroll.
- Oversee payroll processes, including wage calculations, deductions, tax compliance, and payment issuance.
- Design and maintain organizational structures that define roles and reporting relationships.
- Prepare and submit reports related to Social Security, income tax, and compensation.
- Coordinate salary surveys and assist in new HR system testing and launch.
- Manage Social Security, Provident Fund, and other benefits disbursement.
ประสบการณ์
- Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, welfare, and benefits management.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and payroll program.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Punctual and reliable in managing responsibilities.
