  • Oversee payroll processes, including wage calculations, deductions, tax compliance, and payment issuance.
  • Maintain and update personnel information in HR systems and ensure accurate time attendance for payroll.
  • Oversee payroll processes, including wage calculations, deductions, tax compliance, and payment issuance.
  • Design and maintain organizational structures that define roles and reporting relationships.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to Social Security, income tax, and compensation.
  • Coordinate salary surveys and assist in new HR system testing and launch.
  • Manage Social Security, Provident Fund, and other benefits disbursement.
ประสบการณ์
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, welfare, and benefits management.
  • Good command of English is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and payroll program.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Punctual and reliable in managing responsibilities.
