The Head of Hospital Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the animal hospital in Bangkok, ensuring the highest standards of care, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset who can drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

·      Support daily operations and enhance process efficiency to ensure excellent

·      Customer experiences.

·      Manage the cleanliness and orderliness of the hospital, maintaining high

·      Operational standards.

·      Collect and analyze data related to operational performance, patient outcomes, and

·      Financial indicators to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

·      Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

2. Customer Service

·      Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.

·      Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth hospital

·      Operations.

3. Staff Management

·      Conduct quality assurance for various operational roles, including receptionists,

·      Cashiers, lab technicians, and other staff, ensuring that all team members respond

·      Appropriately and maintain a well-organized work environment.

·      Oversee staff recruitment, selection, and support in their professional

·      Development.

·      Prepare and adjust work schedules for hospital staff in collaboration with the

·      Veterinary team.

·      Participate in company activities and other assigned tasks

ประสบการณ์

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare, clinical, or hospital operations management.
• Proven leadership experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and veterinary standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

การศึกษา

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
