Our client, a leading multinational company in the magnetic manufacturing industry, is looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager for their well-established production facility in Nakornratchasima Thailand. Supplying critical raw materials to global customers in the Automotive and Electronics sectors, the company operates under global standards and policies. They need an HR Manager who can effectively lead and align both strategic and operational HR functions across their global network, including the USA, Europe, Japan, and China.

- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with both local and global objectives.
- Collaborate with HR teams across multiple international locations to ensure consistent policy implementation.
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, training, and employee relations within the Thailand facility.
- Ensure compliance with both global HR policies and Thai labor regulations.
- Foster a strong company culture, employee engagement, and organizational development in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Ability to work full-time in Nakornratchasima
ประสบการณ์
- Extensive experience in a senior HR role, preferably within a multinational or manufacturing environment.
- Strong strategic and hands-on HR management skills, with a track record of leading successful initiatives.
- Excellent English communication skills to interact with global teams.
- Knowledge of Thai labor laws and prior experience working in Thailand is a strong advantage.
