• Administer and support IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and VMWare Server environments.
• Manage and support mail servers, specifically HCL Domino Server/Lotus Notes.
• Oversee network infrastructure, including routers and firewalls (Fortigate/Fortianalyzer and Cisco).
• Handle database administration tasks for Microsoft SQL DB and Oracle.
• Implement and maintain backup solutions and antivirus software to ensure data security and integrity.
• Provide technical support for PCs, including hardware installation, troubleshooting issues, and resolving printer, UPS, and network problems.
• Collaborate with overseas support teams, effectively communicating technical information and solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve IT infrastructure and processes.
• Document and maintain records of system configurations, procedures, and support incidents.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT system administration and support.
• Proficiency in Windows Server and VMWare Server (installation and configuration).
• Optional: Experience with Linux or Unix.
• Familiarity with databases such as Microsoft SQL DB and Oracle.
• Experience with mail servers like HCL Domino Server/Lotus Notes.
• Knowledge of network systems, routers, and firewalls, including Fortigate/Fortianalyzer and Cisco.
• Experience with backup and antivirus software.
• Expertise in PC technical support, including installation, troubleshooting PC issues, printers, UPS, and network problems.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate with overseas support.
