Overall Control of Mold Fabrication/Injection Molding Process
Monitoring productivity, quality standard, supplier, and concern documents control
Process/System/Quality/5S/ISO Management Improvement
Customer feedback and audit management
Budget, expense control, cost reduction, and team management
Follow Company policy meeting and support activity
Provide training to improve skill to subordinates

Bachelor or master's degree in engineering, Science or any related field
At least 5 years in Mold Design in Hard Disk Drive, Electronic, Plastic Injection, Motor Business
Skill : UG NX Design, GstarCAD
Team working and Excellent command on verbal and written communication in English
Position requires a matured professional with strong leadership quality with pleasing personality
Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing.
