• Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote the company's data center solutions, and provide expert sales support.
• Provide specialized technical expertise in the sale and implementation of data center products and services, including infrastructure, cloud solutions, and advanced networking technologies.
• Customize and modify product configurations to meet the unique needs of customers, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
• Engage with customers and engineers to assess technical requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects, effectively communicating the value and capabilities of data center solutions.
• Develop comprehensive proposal documents and technical specifications as part of the formal bidding process.
• Offer ongoing technical support and training to clients and internal teams on the operation, maintenance, and optimization of data center products.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, cloud computing, and networking.
• Proven experience in technology/software sales, presales, or technical consulting with a customer-facing focus.
• Strong understanding of key security principles and concepts, with knowledge of microservices and serverless architecture being an added advantage.
• Cloud architecture certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS) are highly desirable.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Creative problem-solving abilities, strong negotiation skills, and systematic thinking.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal (minimum TOEIC score of 750).
• Goal-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
