Delivers expert services in inventory management, such as conducting stock audits, performing stock counts, and overseeing inventory control. HR Manager will lead and manage the HR function, focusing on HR management, payroll, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role involves close collaboration with government sectors and providing support in the recruitment process. HR Manager will also work closely with the Junior HR team to foster a productive and legally compliant work environment.

- Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and company standards.
- Manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, social security, and other statutory requirements.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and benefits packages.
- Regularly review and update compensation structures to stay competitive in the market.
- Serve as the main point of contact for coordinating with government agencies on HR-related matters, such as labor inspections, work permits, and legal compliance.
- Ensure the company is up-to-date with labor law changes and government regulations.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Work closely with Junior HR to manage candidate selection and hiring.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and welfare programs to boost employee morale.
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare HR-related reports, such as headcount, turnover rates, and salary surveys.
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with legal and internal audit requirements.
ประสบการณ์
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, payroll, and compensation & benefits.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and government regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in managing recruitment processes.
