  • Forecast hiring needs, especially during peak seasons, and develop corresponding recruitment plans
  • Create and publish job postings to attract qualified candidates for both junior and senior in-store positions
  • Calculate and report employee turnover rates on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages to increase employee retention
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires
  • Track key recruiting metrics such as cost-per-hire and source of hire
  • Administer payroll, including overtime, flexible schedules, and seasonal employment
  • Train team leaders on effective performance evaluation techniques
  • Collaborate with college career offices to inform recent graduates about position opportunities
  • Utilize social media networks to promote our company culture and enhance our employer brand
  • Maintain both physical and digital employee records in an organized and confidential manner
ประสบการณ์
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, General Management, or another related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager with a retail background
  • Having the ability to handle mass or volume recruitment
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Computer literacy, Microsoft Office, etc.
