Our client is a well-recognized shoe brand in the retail market, facing rapid growth in the Thai market. They are planning to expand to more stores across all regions of Thailand

- Forecast hiring needs, especially during peak seasons, and develop corresponding recruitment plans
- Create and publish job postings to attract qualified candidates for both junior and senior in-store positions
- Calculate and report employee turnover rates on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages to increase employee retention
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires
- Track key recruiting metrics such as cost-per-hire and source of hire
- Administer payroll, including overtime, flexible schedules, and seasonal employment
- Train team leaders on effective performance evaluation techniques
- Collaborate with college career offices to inform recent graduates about position opportunities
- Utilize social media networks to promote our company culture and enhance our employer brand
- Maintain both physical and digital employee records in an organized and confidential manner
ประสบการณ์
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, General Management, or another related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager with a retail background
- Having the ability to handle mass or volume recruitment
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Office, etc.
