รายละเอียดงาน

• Set and plan project management policies, and help define company goals and strategies.
• Create long-term corporate plans and yearly action plans to present to the board.
• Manage low-rise projects according to company goals and strategies.
• Oversee and monitor project budgets and costs to ensure efficiency.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to subordinates, helping them solve problems effectively and stay motivated.
• Monitor construction processes and update on progress.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and business development teams to plan timing, budgeting, and construction.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineer
• At least 5 years experienced in management
• Leadership skill, communication skill, problem solving and planning skill is required.
• Excellent in English communication.
