Our client is well known brand in fashion industry. They are seeking for Head of Event, your role encompasses overseeing and managing all aspects of event planning and execution related to the retail sector. This position typically involves a blend of strategic planning, coordination, and execution to ensure that events align with the business’s objectives and drive customer engagement

Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement event strategies that align with the company’s marketing and sales goals.
- Create event calendars and timelines to coordinate with product launches, promotions, and other key business activities.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with financial goals.
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure the best deals and manage expenses.
Event Design and Execution:
- Oversee the creative design and logistics of events, including store openings, promotional events, product launches, and seasonal sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, merchandising) and external partners (event planners, venues, entertainment).
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators and support staff, delegating tasks and ensuring effective collaboration.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing events team.
Vendor and Partner Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and industry partners to enhance event quality and execution.
- Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and satisfactory service delivery.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials for events.
- Utilize various marketing channels (social media, email, in-store promotions) to drive attendance and engagement.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure that events deliver a high-quality experience for customers, enhancing brand loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve future events and address any issues promptly.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track event performance metrics, such as attendance, sales impact, and ROI.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on event outcomes and areas for improvement.
ประสบการณ์
- 5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably within the retail/luxury, event industry.
- Proven track record of successfully organizing and executing large-scale events and promotions.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead and motivate a team, manage diverse stakeholders, and oversee complex projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, vendors, and customers.
- Creativity: Innovative thinking to design engaging and memorable events that resonate with target audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze event performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and unexpected challenges.
การศึกษา
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a big plus
