Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
● Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and market position.
● Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor for their marketing and communication needs.
● Regularly meet with clients to review performance, offer strategic advice, and plan upcoming projects or campaigns.
Strategic Leadership:
● Lead the strategic planning process for client accounts, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
● Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services to clients, helping grow the client account.
● Provide thought leadership and insights into industry trends, creative direction, and media strategies.
Project and Team Management:
● Oversee the development and execution of campaigns across all channels (digital, print, social, etc.).
● Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, media, strategy) to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
● Manage budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring efficient use of agency talent and tools.
● Ensure that client feedback is incorporated and delivered clearly to internal teams.
Financial Management:
● Develop and manage account budgets, ensuring profitability and resource allocation.
● Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget.
● Negotiate contracts, fees, and service level agreements with clients.
Team Development:
● Mentor and guide junior account managers or executives, providing feedback and professional development.
● Work with the recruitment team to hire and onboard new account team members as necessary.
● Encourage a collaborative and productive environment among the client services and creative teams.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
● Track and measure the success of campaigns using KPIs and metrics.
● Prepare and present post-campaign performance reports and analysis to clients, along with recommendations for future work.
ประสบการณ์
Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
● 5 years minimum of experience in account management, preferably in a creative or marketing agency
● Proven track record of leading successful client relationships and campaigns
● Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
● Strong understanding of digital, social, and traditional marketing channels
